THERE WILL BE PEER CIRCLES AT MIDWINTER!! Lend Their Majesties your counsel and wisdom.  See schedule for times.

While there will not be a feast, there will be the traditional Captain of the Guard and Cut and Thrust tourneys, Caer Galen Musical Chairs, Senate Elections, and frivolity.  YOU MUST HAVE A PINK CARD IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE TOURNEYS, AND NO AUTHORIZATIONS WILL BE ALLOWED THE DAY OF THE EVENT.   There are no exceptions per the Minister of the Lists.  Pre-registration is not mandatory, and you may show up the day of.

 Where: United Church of Christ, 1500 9th Ave, Longmont, CO 80501 Best route: Take Highway 287 to Longmont.  Turn West (left if coming from the south, right if coming from the north) on 9th Ave to Francis (Stoplight).  The Church is on the North West Corner, parking in the back. 

Volunteers for Gate duties or Covid check in duties, as well as for decoration and cleanup, will be much appreciated.  Contact Lady Belinda Frost at hospitaller@caergalen.org to sign up to volunteer.

This site will be updated as more details are released.  The Schedule is very tentative

 A couple of items to note: 

• All inside events per Boulder County rules mandate masks inside buildings. You must wear a mask inside the building. If you forgot it, we will have some spares. If you refuse to wear a mask, you will be asked to leave. If you refuse to leave, EVERYONE ELSE will be told to leave. 
• Bring your own water and snacks. We cannot provide any for you. 
•  All inside events require anyone 12 years old and over to be fully vaccinated OR provide a negative covid test result dated within 72 hours of the event per Kingdom rules.  Children 11 and under must wear a mask inside, but do not need to be vaccinated or tested.

 Health Acknowledgement By attending this event, you are confirming that you (as well as any minors that you are parent or guardian for): 

• Are not experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 as identified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at CDC.gov, including but not limited to: 
• Fever or chills 
• Dry cough, shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing 
• Muscle or body aches 
• New loss of sense of taste or smell; 
• Have not been near someone with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 within the last 14 days without following CDC guidance for self-quarantine; 
• Agree to follow all COVID safety restrictions imposed by the SCA, the event site, and/or local, state, provincial, or federal government or health authorities.
