While there will not be a feast, there will be the traditional Captain of the Guard and Cut and Thrust tourneys, Caer Galen Musical Chairs, Senate Elections, and frivolity.   There are no exceptions per the Minister of the Lists.  Pre-registration is not mandatory, and you may show up the day of.YOU MUST HAVE A PINK CARD IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE TOURNEYS, AND NO AUTHORIZATIONS WILL BE ALLOWED THE DAY OF THE EVENT.
